Refund & Return Policy

Custom 3D Printed Items

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds on custom 3D printed items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

In-Stock Items

For non-custom, in-stock items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact info].

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (when applicable).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [your email/contact info].
